As an integral team member, the Leasing Specialist will implement and maintain an innovative and comprehensive leasing strategy developed by the Leasing Manager to lead the property to strive for 100% total occupancy each month. The Leasing Specialist will provide industry-leading customer service and facilities to all potential and existing residents at Windsor Park Plaza & Lofts, which are comprised of 752 rental units. Hours may be irregular to accommodate operating hours and include weekends and holidays.

- Interact with future and current prospects to ensure a great customer experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely commutation and following up with relevant omnichannel programs (e.g) online, email, and phone sales according to company standards.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with property leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal resident experience and support property operations.
- Complete accurate, detailed reporting, including resident applications, leases, and move-in/out inspections.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
- Present the product and share detailed information regarding features and benefits based on our future residents
- Oversee post-move-in contact with new residents to ensure satisfaction with the unit and move-in process.
- Greet and qualify customers on the telephone, in person or by email with the view that the end result will be a new resident.
- Ensure comprehension and compliance with all Westcorp Playbook policies.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Property & Leasing Manager.
Key Skills & Core Values You Bring:
- Work experience in a startup or high-growth environment, inbound or outbound sales, or fast-paced, high-traffic sales, retail leadership is highly sought after.
