The London at Heritage Station Housekeeper performs a wide variety of custodial duties to maintain the overall cleanliness of the property and will adhere to an above industry standard housekeeping program as directed by the Property Manager. The ideal candidate is one who would take responsibility for general cleanliness of the property and one who takes pride in their work.
This position is responsible for the operations of Wellington Park Town-homes. It will appeal to a responsible individual who enjoys a variety of operations and project management tasks. The Community Manager will supervise the administration and execution of the day-to-day services and strategies in all assigned residential property enterprises. Responsibilities include overseeing all leasing, monitoring physical operations, risk management, accounts receivable/payable, administration, assisting with and adhering to property budgets, financial reporting, staff management/performance and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained to all stakeholders.
As a key member of the property management team, the Leasing Consultant will perform a wide variety of administrative and leasing duties to assist the Community Manager in the execution of his/her duties. Tasks will include responding to leasing inquiries, updating vacancy and traffic reports, performing inspections, assisting in the resident renewal process and other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
